Want to stop smoking? Stomp It Out and Make a Pledge to better your life; and life for those around you for 2010...
As part of NHS Coventry's Big Pledge Campaign there will be a smoking intervention bus traveling around Coventry from 23rd January to 5th February.
The bus will be launched at Broadgate in the City Centre on Saturday 23rd Jan and Mercia presenters and the Mercia Thunders will be joining in the fun!
You'll be given the opportunity to engage in a range of activities - you will be able to see for your self how smoking ages your appearance over the years and the capacity of your lungs; the ageing software allows you to take a photo away with you and that the lung age provides a reading of how old your lungs are versus your real age.
You will also be able to speak to brief intervention workers about stopping smoking and NRT and MAKE A PLEDGE.
