Executive & Administration Assistant


Courtney assists in the smooth running of the Henley-in-Arden office on a day-to-day basis, and manages the diaries of the CEO and Non-Executive Director. She provides administration support to the Compliance, Finance and University teams, organising their expenses and extensive travel. She also plays an important role in the support of the Investment Team by maintaining the Share Register, liaising with investee companies to arrange board meetings, and dealing with all enquiries relating to investment requests.

Previous experience

Prior to joining Mercia, Courtney gained extensive experience of office management, working at two of her family businesses, covering areas from payroll and pensions, credit control and invoicing, HR, and liaising personally with the customers and suppliers.
