About

Courtney is Executive Assistant to our CEO and the Senior Leadership Team, managing their diaries, travel and expenses.  Courtney also provides administration support to the Compliance and Finance teams and plays an important role in the support of the Investment Team by maintaining the Share Register.

Courtney’s role has also expanded to being our Facilities Coordinator, IOSH qualified to look after the day to day running of our Head office in Henley in Arden and our seven busy regional offices.

In 2019 we launched our charitable venture Mercia Spirit of which Courtney is Chair.

Previous experience

Prior to joining Mercia, Courtney gained extensive experience of office management, working at two of her family businesses, covering areas from payroll and pensions, credit control and invoicing, HR, and liaising personally with the customers and suppliers.
