Tim is non-executive chairman of NVM Private Equity LLP, which he co-founded in 1988. He is a non-executive director of several unquoted companies and a member of the Association of Investment Companies’ VCT Forum. He ceased to be a consultant to Mercia Fund Management Limited on 31 March 2022 and non-executive director of Northern Venture Trust PLC on 21 July 2023.
He was appointed to the Board in 2001.
