About
Ben joined Mercia in March 2026 as a Finance Operations Manager. Based in the Henley-in-Arden office, he works within the Finance team and is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Group’s tax-efficient products, working closely with the EIS and VCT teams to support the delivery and ongoing development of these offerings.
Previous experience
Prior to joining Mercia, Ben was a Senior Investment Operations Analyst at Ascot Lloyd Investment Management Limited, where he spent three years within the Investment Operations team. During this time, he progressed from Investment Analyst to Senior Investment Operations Analyst, supporting operational processes and controls across a range of investment products.
Ben holds a certificate in Investment Management from the CFA Institute, and a 1st Class BSc in Finance from Coventry University.
