Laura joined Mercia Asset Management PLC in February 2026 and oversees all aspects of group financial reporting and control, including leading and developing the corporate finance team across the Henley-in-Arden and Preston offices.
Previous experience
Laura is a Deloitte-trained Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience across AIM and Main Market listed environments. She brings strong technical IFRS expertise and a proven track record spanning IPOs, acquisitions, PLC reporting and finance team management. Laura holds a BSc in International Business from the University of Warwick and spent one year studying abroad at ESC Pau.
