Alex joined Mercia as a Finance Business Partner, where he supports the senior leadership team with financial reporting, performance analysis, budgeting, and strategic decision making across the Group’s regulated entities and investment platforms.
Previous experience
Alex trained as a chartered accountant (ACA) at PKF in the audit department, specialising in the audit of private equity backed businesses. This experience gave him deep technical knowledge of financial controls, reporting standards, and the operational realities of investment-focused organisations.
Alex holds a BSc in Management from the University of Manchester.
