Anna is a Partner at international law firm Addleshaw Goddard LLP and was previously a corporate partner at Pinsent Masons and McGrigors. She is a corporate lawyer with over 25 year experience in a wide range of corporate transactions for private and public companies. This includes supporting start up and growth companies, particularly in the technology and life science sectors, and their management teams, through all stages of growth and development, fundraising, M&A, strategic and financial challenges. She has a particular focus on equity capital markets transactions including AIM IPOs, secondary fundraisings and takeovers and increasingly provides counsel on governance matters and engagement with stakeholders.
Anna joined the Northern VCT 3 Board in September 2020.
