Joining Mercia in 2020, Gary has over 40 years’ experience working in the banking sector and brings with him some 30 plus years’ experience of lending. Gary is as an Investment Manager, in the NPIF Mercia Debt Team and supports businesses in the Leeds, Harrogate and surrounding areas. In 2013 he gained Accreditation as a Manufacturing Specialist Manager from Warwick (University) Manufacturing Group.
Previous experience
Immediately before joining Mercia, Gary was a Relationship Manager within Lloyds SME Banking based in Leeds. Between 2014 and 2018 he was a member of the Lloyds Manufacturing Specialist team covering the Yorkshire and Humber area. He has worked in various locations in West and North Yorkshire during his career in SME Banking covering all business sectors. He enjoys a close working relationship with clients supporting with working capital and lending solutions. Gary is focused on helping clients grow their businesses and achieve their objectives.
