Previous experience
Helen’s career has developed from grass-roots HR roles through to senior leadership positions, including Global HR Director, working closely with Boards of Directors to shape people strategy and support organisational growth. She has significant experience leading organisational change, including the alignment of people, culture and processes during acquisitions.
Her background spans warehousing, distribution, retail and financial services, giving her a broad, commercially focused perspective on talent, culture and employee engagement.
