Janine has wealth of experience in private equity and financial services. She recently stepped down as Chief Operating Officer of Snowball Impact Management, a multi-asset impact investor and previously held the same role in private equity firms GHO Capital and Hermes GPE.
Janine is currently a Non-executive Director of ICG Enterprise Trust PLC and was previously the Chair of the Audit Committee of Calculus VCT PLC.
Janine is a Chartered Accountant, has an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.
