About
Jo joined the Group in 2021 as Fund Coordinator, working within the VCT funds and more recently, Mercia’s Direct Investments. She supports the Investment teams with deal preparation and completion, the maintenance of records, and the development, coordination and production of internal and external reports. Jo is based at Mercia’s Manchester office.
Previous experience
Jo has a strong background in office support as well as in sales, her previous experience being in office and account management in the healthcare and retail sectors and prior to that, over 30 years working in the travel industry, where she gained extensive customer service experience. Her experience in customer service led to her most recent position prior to joining Mercia, on the management team of an occupational health business developing and supporting a team of administrators and managing clinicians’ diaries.
