Joining Mercia in November 2021, Justine is a Fund Administrator. She supports the Investment Team with deal preparation and completion, the maintenance of records, and the development, coordination and production of both external and internal reports. Justine is based at Mercia’s head office in Henley-in-Arden.

Previous experience

Prior to joining Mercia, Justine has experience in office management/sales support, predominantly in the Lighting Industry. For a period of nine years Justine supported both the Managing Director/Sales Director and Sales team of a lighting company, initially as a Business Development Executive, then as a Personal Assistant and Sales Co-ordinator. She has worked in other industries including higher education and engineering consultants.
