My-Ha joined the Group in 2024 as a Portfolio Manager working within the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund – Debt team. She is responsible for maintaining relationships and monitoring the ongoing performance of the SMEs that have been granted term loan investments.
Previous experience
Prior to Mercia, My-Ha spent the last 10 years at Barclays Bank where she worked in a number of roles building up a wealth of experience working with small and medium sized businesses within the Corporate Team in the West and North Yorkshire region. Alongside this, My-Ha holds a relevant qualification from The London Institute of Banking and Finance and this has given her a good understanding of the day to day challenges owners face running their own businesses.
