Natnail holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Leeds. During his postgraduate studies, he specialised in Small and Medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the UK, with a particular focus on their relationship with debt during periods of credit constraint.
Background
Following his studies, Natnail began his professional career at Capita, where he worked with corporate pension clients, advising on Investment strategy and asset allocation to support long-term funding objectives. He later joined Border to Coast Pensions Partnership, where he worked in front-office Investment risk. In this role, he supported portfolio oversight and risk management, with a focus on portfolio risk and asset allocation, contributing to informed and robust investment decision-making.
