About
Rosemina joined Mercia in 2025 as a Financial Controller and is responsible for management accounting and financial reporting for Mercia’s parent and subsidiary companies, including production of the Annual Report and subsidiary statutory accounts.
Previous experience
Rosemina joined Mercia following 11 years working for IMI plc, a multinational engineering company. During her time there, she qualified as a chartered accountant and was employed in various Group Finance roles, most recently Group Financial Accountant where her responsibilities included external reporting, technical accounting (particularly IFRS 16) and month end reporting.
Rosemina also has previous experience working in the finance department of an NHS Trust, having completed a placement year as part of her Accounting and Finance degree.
