Bios:
Guy Fenton currently leads the UK SMB team at Deel, supporting small to medium businesses to grow their global footprint. He joined in 2020, and has seen the company grow from 40 employees to over 2000 today. At Deel, he has been instrumental in helping startups overcome almost every obstacle with international hiring and payments. Guy has a decade of SaaS technology experience with a BSc in Business Management from New York University.
Roman Lobas currently leads EMEA Venture Partnerships at Deel, working with top VCs, accelerators and PE funds in the region to support the international expansion of their portfolio companies. Previously, Roman ran accelerator programs for impact startups across EMEA and consulted large enterprises like Oracle, Swedbank and Telia. Roman has a Masters Degree in Management and Sustainability from Kedge Business School.
