Andy is an Investment Manager within the Debt Team, delivering funding from NPIF Debt. Focused, in the main, on more established companies looking to grow, Andy concentrates on the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding area, within the Yorkshire & Humber Region.
Previous experience
Andy joined Mercia in March 2022. Before then, he spent 18 months in the commercial finance broker sector, having previously worked with the Business Enterprise Fund delivering the Micro-finance Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund on behalf of the British Business Bank, providing finance for SME’s across York and North Yorkshire.
Prior to this he worked for 16 years at the Yorkshire Bank in a variety of roles, including retail banking and latterly for the last 10 years in commercial banking. This included business development roles and portfolio management working across all trading business sectors in helping small to medium SME’s businesses.
