Katie joined Mercia in 2024 and is based at our office in Henley-in-Arden. Katie plays a key role in our People & Talent team, focusing on career development and training for the Group.
Previous experience
Katie is passionate about learning and continuous development. She worked in education for 8 years and more specifically in talent and development for the last 5 years within the private education sector. Prior to working at Mercia, Ketie was working for a global bank. She thrives on supporting colleagues to achieve their learning development goals.
