Ranjan Ramparia is an experienced business professional with a background in corporate finance and investment management. She started her career in audit assurance with PriceWaterhouseCoopers where she qualified as a chartered accountant. Her recent experience includes working with institutional investors as well as management teams advising on strategy, funding, business planning and corporate governance. She is a partner at advisory firm Prime Advantage Capital Partners. Additionally, she is a non-executive director of JPMorgan Global Emerging Markets Income Trust plc. She was appointed to the Board of Northern 2 VCT PLC in May 2022.
